I have a bachelor's degree in construction engineering. I have been grilling pizza for about three decades now, but grilling pizza on the Big Green Egg has been a challenge for me. The paper from under the first is then used for the next pizza we build - so forth and so on it goes. I am a super peel guy and get one going on a pastry board, another on the super peel and one on the egg at all times.
